About

Hailing from a village by Fraserburgh, I moved to Ayr in 2019 to study at the University of the West of Scotland.  In 2023, I achieved a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours.  Thereafter, my studies continued on UWS's Master of Research course, where I developed my knowledge of recent Scottish theatre through a thesis on the complex representation of masculinity, male identity and nationhood in Rona Munro's The James Plays

As an emerging actor, I always seek to push myself further through different opportunities that facilitate collaboration.  I pursue storytelling that embraces a multitude of perspectives and challenge perceptions.

Outwith acting, I enjoy fiction novels (Stephen King and Janice Hallet being particular favourites), vinyl records and just about anything science-fiction; one mention of Doctor Who can derail conversation for a few hours... you have been warned!

Rehearsals are underway for The Forth Act's production of Twelfth Night.  It's a delight to play Orsino alongside such an intuitive cast and crew.  The show runs 25th - 28th June at the Sunken Garden of Saughton Park, Edinburgh.  Tickets available here!

I am absolutely thrilled to be making my Edinburgh Fringe debut this year in Charles II: Living Libido Loca.  It will be playing alongside Old 'n' Dead Productions' Regina Vagina on alternate dates, 2nd - 24th August (Regina even dates excluding 18th, Charles odd dates), 5:30pm at CC BLOOMS, as part of the PHB Free Fringe.  Further information available here.   You can also donate to our fundraiser - any and all contributions go a long way!
